You can get a quote three ways: (1) Add items to your cart on our Shop page and submit a quote request online. (2) Email your cabinet list to quotes@hc-supply.com. (3) Call us at +1 (281) 957-6251. We respond within 1 business day.
No minimum order for in-stock cabinets. You can buy a single cabinet or a full kitchen. For OEM container orders, the minimum is 1 × 40HQ container (~200–250 units).
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer. Contractor and dealer accounts with approved credit can use Net 30 payment terms.
Yes. Contractors can apply for trade pricing through our Contractor Program. Dealers and retailers can apply for wholesale pricing through our Dealer Program. Both programs offer discounts of 10–25% off list price depending on volume.
The website shows list prices. Contractor and dealer accounts see their negotiated pricing after login. For large project quotes, contact us directly — we can often offer additional volume discounts.
Yes. Our Houston warehouse at 10422 W Gulf Bank Rd., Ste B, Houston, TX 77040 is open Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM and Sat 10 AM–3 PM. All in-stock items ready now, call ahead!
Yes. We offer jobsite delivery throughout the Houston metro area (up to 60 miles). Houston metro 2-3 days, Statewide 5-7 days. Call +1 (281) 957-6251 to arrange delivery.
We currently focus on the Houston metro area for delivery. For customers outside our delivery zone, local pickup is available. For large orders, we can arrange freight shipping — contact us for a freight quote.
In-stock items: delivery in 2–3 business days in the Houston metro area, 5–7 business days statewide in Texas. Ready-now pickup at our warehouse — just call ahead. For items that need to be ordered from our factory, lead time is 60–75 days.
Inspect your order at delivery or pickup. Note any damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll replace damaged items at no charge.
We stock three colors: Soft White (SW Series), Toffee (TF Series), and Warm Grey (WG Series). All three are available in base, wall, and tall cabinets. Soft White is matched to SW Alabaster (SW 7008) — a warm off-white, not pure white. Toffee is a light natural maple / warm sandy wood tone — not dark oak or orange. Warm Grey is matched to SW Repose Gray (SW 7015) — a warm greige, not cool grey. Screen colors are approximate; final color approval should be based on physical door samples.
Email info@hc-supply.com with subject ‘Physical Door Samples Request’ or call +1 (281) 957-6251. We ship door samples for all three colors. Dealers receive complimentary sample kits; contractors and homeowners can request samples at cost. You can also visit our Houston warehouse to see all 3 colors in person.
All HC Supply cabinets use all-plywood box construction — no particleboard or MDF. The box is 3/4″ plywood with a UV-finished interior. This is the same construction standard used by premium cabinet brands.
Yes. All HC Supply cabinets are CARB2/EPA certified for formaldehyde emissions. We provide full certification documentation with every order.
Our standard door style is a 5-piece shaker with a solid wood frame and center panel. This is the most popular door style for kitchen and bath applications. Custom door profiles are available for OEM container orders.
Yes. All HC Supply cabinets include soft-close concealed hinges (6-way adjustable) and undermount soft-close drawer slides rated at 100 lbs. Hardware is included standard — no upgrades needed.
HC Supply offers a limited lifetime warranty on box construction defects. Finish and hardware are covered for 5 years. The warranty covers manufacturing defects — not damage from installation, misuse, or normal wear.
Fill out the application on our Contractor Program page. We’ll review your application and set up your account within 1 business day. You’ll receive a direct call from your dedicated account rep.
Any licensed contractor, builder, remodeler, or construction company. We also accept interior designers and kitchen designers with a business license. We don’t require a minimum volume to apply.
Contractor accounts get quote responses within 1 business day. Send us your cabinet list, floor plan, or project specs by email or phone and we’ll have a complete itemized quote back to you the same day.
Yes. Contractor accounts can reserve inventory for up to 30 days. Contact your account rep to arrange a hold on specific SKUs for your project.
Apply on our Dealer Program page. Our dealer team will review your application and contact you within 1 business day. We’ll discuss your volume, set your tier (Silver/Gold/Platinum), and send you the wholesale price list.
Dealer discounts range from 15% (Silver, $5K+/mo) to 20% (Gold, $15K+/mo) to 25% (Platinum, $30K+/mo) off list price. Volume is based on monthly purchase history and upgrades automatically.
Gold and Platinum dealers can request drop-ship fulfillment — we ship directly to your customers under your business name. Contact your account rep to set up drop-ship arrangements.
All qualified dealers receive a free sample kit: Silver gets 3 door samples, Gold gets 6 door samples + hardware, Platinum gets a full sample cabinet set. Samples are shipped within 3 business days of account approval.
Minimum order is 1 × 40HQ container, which holds approximately 200–250 cabinet units depending on size mix. Mixed SKU containers are accepted.
Standard production lead time is 60–75 days after sample approval and 30% deposit payment. Rush production (45 days) is available for standard SKUs at a 15% surcharge. We provide weekly production updates.
Yes. We offer full private label packaging — your brand name, logo, and box design. Available from 1 container. Custom packaging development takes 2–3 weeks and is included in the lead time.
Our factory is in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Containers ship from Sihanoukville Port (PAS) to US West Coast or East Coast ports. Transit time is 25–30 days.
Standard terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before loading. Wire transfer (T/T). Letters of credit (L/C) available for orders over $100,000.
